Refund policy
At NOX, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to deliver premium-quality supplements. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we provide a 2-day return policy under the following terms:
Unopened Products:
Products that are unopened and unused can be returned within 2 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Opened Products:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used items.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional charge.
Once your request has been reviewed and inspected, our team will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a shipping mistake, damaged item, or an error caused by NOX.
Exchanges:
We only offer replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to request an exchange, please contact our support team through our Instagram or TikTok page for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns or refunds are not accepted for the following items:

Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers
Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
